How can it be that this thing has only 63 stars on Github.

It’s a fully client-side knowledge graph editor that runs OWL-RL reasoning, handles Turtle/JSON-LD/RDF-XML/N-Triples, connects to SPARQL endpoints, and does it all without a backend. Just open the browser and start authoring.
